Smoking within the house is not permitted.

PAYMENTS

Half of total dollar amount is due via a Visa or MC card at the time you make the reservation. The final balance is due 21 DAYS IN ADVANCE and will be charged to your card.

Payments are returned with more than 21 days notice of cancellation.

IF the cottage can be re-booked, the money is returned, paid via check with 20 or less days notice. If the cottage cannot be re-booked, the monies are forfeited.

No refunds are given for for early departures.

CHECK-IN: 4 PM or after

EARLY CHECK-INS can be arranged for $25 per hour--if available, and needs to be booked in advance.

CHECK-OUT: 1 PM or before

If you stay past 1 PM--even if a fraction of the hour, you will be charged $25.

1 to 4 PM is reserved for other functions.
